Telesales Executive (Based in Johor office)


  • Make outbound calls or cold calls in order to sell products and of Cartrack;
  • Upsells customers to larger products and more extensive packages;
  • Be driven by commission;
  • Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches;
  • Assist Sales Relationship Managers with arranging appointments / meetings with customers when necessary;
  • Receive inbound call from clients / prospective clients that are interested in and/or enquiring about the various Cartrack products and ;
  • Uphold the quality of the sale by providing the client with all the relevant and adequate information pertaining to the product/service;
  • Accurately and efficiently capture and data entry client information on company system and database for fitment and billing purposes in line with company policy and to meet legal, quality and customer service requirements;
  • Attention to details and ability to track the leads from a prospect to a client;
  • Slot fitment with client based on availability;
  • Monitors appointments set / fitment to ensure that clients receive orders in a timely manner;
  • Identity and overcome objections of prospects;
  • Maintains working knowledge of products and sold and keeps current on industry developments by reading current news or attending workshops / training sessions;
  • Build an instant rapport through effective communication;
  • Gather information by enquiring effectively and listening attentively;
  • Commissions scheme for all sales products on telesales.


  • Min SPM holder; Diploma etc
  • Any other certification (if )
  • Able to converse/speak in , English or multi-language and experience in phone sales will be an advantage.
  • Experiences with telesales or customer service experiences in automotive or insurance will be a plus point.
