Operations Manager - Thailand

Responsibilities

  1. Manage a team of Operations admins, stocks and control room agents with ensuring smooth operation effectiveness and excellent customer care experience within the operation department.
  2. Ensuring the accuracy of physical inventory levels & operating cost on SIM cards and Fitments are closely monitored and replenished as needed.
  3. Review and approve various bills and accounts from Mobile Operators, Internet Service Providers
  4. Resolve customers’ enquiries or issues upon escalation from all channels and ensure proper follow-up to the final closure.
  5. Ensure fast and accurate scheduling of fitment/installation jobs upon confirmation with customers
  6. Ensure data accuracy when processing sales orders into the system
  7. Ensure daily control room case are reviewed and agents are following Cartrack SOP
  8. Ensure timely and accuracy of daily/weekly/monthly management report
  9. Ensure quality customer service and maintaining good phone etiquette
  10. Demonstrate high level of leadership skills and provide necessary guidance to the respective staff to achieve the municipal planning strategies & department KPI goals.

Specific Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any field;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in related industry and Technical background with knowledge of technologies like GPS/GSM/Mobile Phone/Vehicles will be an advantage;
  • Fully computer Literate with experience/Knowledge Application usage and PC troubleshooting;
  • Knowledge of Project Management.
  • Ability to use Excel to Reconcile Billing/Reporting/Data Exports
