Credit Control Executive-Customer Care (Kuala Lumpur)- Cantonese speaking

Customer Care –  Credit Control Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Call and pursue collections and to negotiate with customers of their payment schedules
  • Escalates customer’s disputes or enquiries to relevant departments and ensure proper follow up
  • Daily update of ageing report
  • Issuance of monthly letter of payment reminder and Statement of Account
  • Process relevant debt recovery actions for further actions
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum “O” Level / Nitec / Diploma/ Degree holder
  • Experience in customer service will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (to liaise with Mandarin/Cantonese speaking associates)
  • Good computer skills, in particular with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player and also able to work independently
  • Entry Level may apply
  • Salary Range:3500-4500 per month
