Customer Care Support

  • Handles customer inquiries through inbound calls and emails including complaints and escalations in a professional and helpful manner
  • Escalates inquires to relevant department and ensure proper follow up
  • Provides customer support activities
  • Manages and process sales orders
  • Performs any ad-hoc duties when required

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in any field.
  • Experienced in Customer Service will be an added advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work as a team player and understand fast paced and dynamic working environment
  • Atleast 1 year of working experience in the related field 
  • Can start immediately
