Technical Manager - CRM

As an integral part of R&D team, the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Analyst is responsible for managing, implementing, optimizing, enhancing, rollout of the CRM and other ancillary tools. In addition, this role will also act as support to leadership, sales and account management with metrics, reports and dashboards. This role is a key player and liaison, maintaining and improving business process best practices, acting as an internal champion for CRM, identifying, recommending, and implementing continuous improvements to build-out company performance. This role will support the corporate growth strategy to ensure the analytics and system functionality meets requirements for sales, management, account management, operations, contracts management, finance, marketing, product management, and business leadership. The ideal person will be a creative, strategic thinker who will have the forethought and motivation to identify and anticipate reporting and metrics which uncover opportunities for improvement in our processes or operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts, reports, and campaigns.
  • Develop and improve reports, dashboards, and supporting process flows to provide reliable, accurate, and timely visibility into our business
  • Work with key stakeholders to develop test case scenarios for functional enhancements.
  • Build Go To Market Operations metrics used by the organization and the business leadership to make strategic business decisions.
  • Act as team lead with internal development resources
  • Liaison with external vendors and customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
  • 8 years of experience into providing IT solutions for CRM
  • Strong development experience related to database to solve data issue
  • Strong familiarity of integration between CRM to database and/or applications
  • Strong technical capabilities into design, develop till global roll out of internal CRM
  • Advanced level Excel skills with experience managing sales metrics and other business KPI’s
  • Thrives on working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary to create simple, engaging and thorough training
  • Experience documenting and analyzing sales processes, procedures, and/or policies.
  • Ability to identify issues and recommend solutions, ideas and more efficient approaches.
  • Proficient in data manipulation, data cleaning, and report creation.
  • Motivated self-starter, capable of follow-through on commitments
  • Proactive personality and strong management ability
