Key Accounts Manager

Key Accounts Executive (Automotive and Telematics business)

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with our key customers to ensure unit growth in our client accounts
• Problem solve, service and evaluate current Cartrack clients for superior customer experience
• Continuously identify and pursue opportunities to upsell the company’s products and services to the key customer base
• Cross functional liaising between all departments (Customer Care, Sales, Fleet, Scheduling, Finance, Systems, Legal and Training) to ensure optimal service levels to all key customers
• Assisting the sales executive on the roll out of installations on big volume accounts, ensuring the customer is satisfied with our service through out.
• Manage ad hoc projects from inception to execution stage
• Demonstrate professionalism and endorse the Cartrack brand continually
• If a complaint is raised, investigate information, find the best solution and follow up with the client to discuss / complete the process and ensure positive resolution
• Reassure the client that Cartrack provides superior quality technology and information supported by first rate service
• Establish good rapport and trust though proactive engagement


Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and/or key accounts management;
• Customer centric
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Team player, high energy, proactive, highly motivated, well-organized
• Hands-on and a positive attitude;
• Technically independent with good initiative;
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with an out-of-box approach in providing solutions.
• Excellent presentation skills
• Computer literate and a good command of English
