Quality Assessor - Outbound Sales Call Centre - JHB

Cartrack is a JSE listed, global telematics company with a presence in 25 countries.

The main purpose of the position is to ensure that the quality of service provided to the client with regard to inbound and outbound calls are in line with the Cartrack quality standard.

This role is to be based at the Head Office Call Centre in Rosebank Johannesburg.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Senior Certificate
  • 2+ years Client Services Agent experience
  • 1+ years Quality Assessor experience
