As an integral part of R&D team, the Application Support Engineer (CRM) is responsible for coordinating and resolving CRM issues and managing requests for enhancements and features. In addition, to act as support to leadership, sales and account management with metrics, reports and dashboards.

You will be a key player and liaison, maintaining and improving business process best practices, acting as an internal champion for CRM, identifying, recommending, and implementing continuous improvements to build-out company performance. You will also support the corporate growth strategy to ensure the analytics and system functionality meets requirements for sales, management, account management, operations, contracts management, finance, marketing, product management, and business leadership.

The ideal person will be a creative, strategic thinker who will have the forethought and motivation to identify and anticipate reporting and metrics which uncover opportunities for improvement in our processes or operations.


  • Resolve issues escalated from the Business Users together with the Developers
  • Develop and improve the CRM System with the help of the Development Team
  • Roll out the CRM to new Business Users
  • Monitor and ensure the CRM is used effectively


  • An outstanding academic performance in the field of Computer Science or relevant field
  • Strong experience in providing solution and support for CRM application
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and good exposure to a wide range of CRM products
  • Experience in collaboration tools such as JIRA
  • Data-driven mindset with development experience related to database (XLS, SQL) to solve data issue
  • Familiarity of integration between CRM to database or applications
  • Proficient in data manipulation, data cleaning, and report creation
