Customer Service Officer (Shift)-Income around RM 2600 with attendance allowance (Johor)

 

Customer Service/Control Room Agent (24hrs Helpdesk Support (11 hr shift))

  • Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls and emails
  • Escalate inquires to relevant department and ensure proper follow up
  • Ensure quality customer service and maintaining good phone etiquette
  • Provide customer support activities
  • Manage and process sales orders
  • Assist any administrative duties
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties when required
  • Collection and Recovery
  • Follow and alias with account holders for pending payments and outstanding bills

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Control Room, Sales Support, Customer Service
  • Required language(s): Mandarin for mandarin speaking clients, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work as a team player and understand fast paced and dynamic working environment
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Menara Zurich, Johor Bahru.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in  Customer Service.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Must be willing to perform overtime and staggered 11 hrs shifts including weekends and public holidays
